Browse remote folders
Browse the provider one level at a time. Without parent, returns top-level containers; with parent, that folder’s children. Returns 403 provider_scope_insufficient when the connection’s scope tier cannot browse server-side (e.g. gdrive drive.file — pick folders client-side via Google Picker instead).
